For a pergola, 12 ft x 16 ft, does the nozzles have to be placed around the entire perimeter, one side, two sides? or is there a recommended number of nozzles per a given area.
Question by: Kevon on Oct 21, 2021, 5:06 AM
low pressure is recommended to have nozzle spacing of three feet apart. If the pergola is completely open and not next to a structure then all 4 sides are recommended.

Has anyone had any issues with the instructions? We bought the high-pressure misting system with additional tubing to reach 60'. The instructions say to cut the tube every 2' and the kit only comes with 20 nozzles. The calculation is incorrect. We ran out of nozzles and still have heaps of tubing left. I'm told to buy more nozzles but yet it states do not add more than 20 nozzles for 60' of tubing. What am I missing?
Question by: TJoiner on Oct 21, 2021, 5:06 AM
There's typically around 20-22 for the feed line (line up to the first nozzle), so or 20 nozzles you'd be using 40 feet and then the remaining is the feed line. Now, you may not need that much feed line as everyone's set up is a little different.

I ordered the 3/8 DIY kits last year. Can I go to the .020 nozzle heads for more water output and what size threads are on the ones that I already have?
Question by: Doug Corkern on Oct 21, 2021, 5:06 AM
The threading would be 10/24 thread, and yes, you can use the .020 nozzle.
