What is the flow rate on this, or what is the recommended flow rate per nozzle on a system like this one?

Flow rate would be around .012 per nozzle.

We have an area 120' by 120' by 25' high. It is a tip-up building (concrete walls and steel roof). It is a manufacturing space where the product CANNOT get wet. The humidity is very low (Reno, NV). It gets very hot (machinery produces a lot of heat). What would you recommend to lower the temperature?

How much will I need for a 60'x96' greenhouse with a 12' gutter height?

Two or three parallel runs in the middle of the greenhouse (longer sides) should be sufficient. 200ft mist system will provide coverage for two longer runs. Industrial Mist System can be expanded should you require additional coverage.

i have 40 yrd dumpster/containers that need water misting and need to knock down the dust in an elevator shaft of a 8 story structure...can you accommodate this with attachments for the spray line?...and do you have a rep in the seattle area?

what is the GPM thru each nozzle and what is the GPM of the pump at 1,500 psi. What is the electrical requirement of the pump?

You have the option to choose between two nozzle sizes .006 and .008. With each nozzle that is an orifice size of .006 you would mist .013 GPM and if you went with .008 size orifice nozzles you would mist .021 GPM. Based on the needs of your space we have pumps available that will offer up to .5 GPM, 1GPM, and 2GPM. With this system you would use normal 110v AC. The end plug is to stop the water from just coming out of an opening at the end of the line.

Hi, would you be able to tell me the flow rate used and the energy consumption of the pumps etc during operation? Also is there adjustable settings for the flow rate of the system? Can operation be set up to run automatically based on timers or temperatures?

There are different variables (how many nozzles needed, GPM of specific pump) for these systems so it's not possible for one straight answer. You can get separate timers for different features.
